Paper Submission Guideline
All authors must submit their manuscripts electronically in PDF format by the paper submission deadline. Manuscripts must be written in English. Six pages in the standard IEEE conference paper format (use templates below) are allowed for each paper, including figures and tables. A maximum of two additional pages are permitted at an extra charge of JPY 20,000 per page. Note that the PDF file must not exceed 2MB. Write your paper using the available LaTeX or MS Word templates. Use US letter paper for both LaTeX and MS Word template and do not change the formatting in any way.
